Dr. Sathya Menon is a Dubai-based, award-winning entrepreneur, founder and Board member of various organizations across multiple industry verticals. These organisations have benefitted from his leadership skills in building an empowered community of businesses and professionals by shaping up a knowledgeable and advanced workforce in the Middle East over the last 26 years. His ability to transform companies by leading multicultural teams, engaging stakeholders and driving significant revenue growth has gained him international recognition.   

Dr. Menon is a well-known figure in the sports circle and takes a keen interest in cricket. He is also a technology enthusiast and nurtures a deep passion for Metaverse and Artificial Intelligence. He is also a Business Process Re-engineering consultant having helped many organisations increase efficiency and profitability.

In addition, Dr. Menon is also an internationally qualified Supply Chain faculty who has trained more than 30,000 professionals in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management. He also holds the honourable position of the Vice Chairman of the CILT – UAE Chapter (The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport, UK).

 

Given his passion and diversified business interests, Dr. Menon serves on the boards of the following global organizations:

Dr. Menon’s philanthropic efforts in the form of empowering of economic and social development of the region are well-recognized. Under his leadership, Blue Ocean gave Free trainings to diverse nationalities like Emiratis, Omanis, Azerbaijanis, and Nigerians as well as to Healthcare workers. He also facilitated Scholarships for single women and economically weak students.

 

Dr. Menon is a mentor to many new generation leaders from varied industrial backgrounds. His endeavours to bring excellence to the fore from his business establishments and to set an example to many others have been covered in newspapers, magazines and television in the form of interviews and features by leading media houses like Khaleej Times, Gulf News, Gulf Today, Al Bayan and Al Watan among several others.

 

Dr. Menon is the recipient of the UAE Golden Visa, a prestigious honour given to selected expats only by the Government of UAE. He received it in recognition of his significant contribution to the growth of the country.
