Job Description:
- Co-ordinate with consultants and faculty and prepare the Corporate and
- Retail training calendar.
- Acknowledge customer complaints and respond promptly to resolve the same.
- Maintain and manage monthly feedback reports on customer complaints, calls, webinars, classes etc.
- Handle CRM to maintain Certification updates of students.
- Create and schedule batches as per courses.
- Coordinate and schedule Faculty for training.
- Handle Faculty timesheet.
- Maintain a record of student testimonials.
- Obtain feedback from ongoing batches.
- Make introductory presentations before classes and webinars.
- Coordinate and manage overall Webinar calendar and sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 2-5 years of work experience
- Sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
- Positive and proactive who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
